This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember the staff helping me with car service on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a cozy experience! I'll be back for Christmas.

Very centralized location with tons of restaurants nearby. The little fridge in the room was handy. I enjoyed the good vibes of the lively neighborhood. However, check-in was a bit tricky since there was no advance info on how to access the property. Once inside, it was fine, but I felt lost at first. My first room had a separate bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. I had to leave my room to use it, and it wasn’t what I expected. They switched me to a better room the next day with a private bathroom, but that initial experience was frustrating. Staff were friendly throughout my stay, which was a plus. Would recommend if you're looking for a budget option in a great area, but expect a few hiccups.

Just a perfect match for a short stay in Madrid with value for money. The location is amazing, only a five-minute walk to major attractions. Bring some coins for the room safe since you'll need to insert a euro each time you use it.

great location but uncomfortable room experience
The central location allowed me to explore many attractions on foot, making my stay enjoyable. The vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood enhanced my experience, with local eateries just around the corner. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, which I appreciated during my stay.
My room lacked air conditioning, which made for uncomfortable nights.

The location is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk from main attractions. The room was comfortable and well-organized, but the bathroom was smaller than expected. A notable inconvenience was needing to insert a coin into the safe every time I used it, which became quite annoying.
